After months a couple of months’ worth of trying to compensate for my previous theme’s bad coding and inability to adapt to much more modern plugins, I figured out it was time to change…and this is the result.
Careful now…this is not your Windows Vista Desktop, though it’s highly likely that this theme was built to mimic Windows Vista. Going over the feature this theme had to offer (and the one that I fell in love with) is its ability to present multiple themes under this theme (or as I’d like to call, subthemes). There are a total 7 subthemes (how befitting), each representing a different element which I took the liberty of modifying such that they are represented by some well known anime girls (in header banners I made) ^_^. I intended to modify 6 of 7 for the time being, since the 7th subtheme will act as a wildcard which I can easily change should there be an occasion that needs it.
Just in case you didn’t get it yet, YOU CAN CHANGE THE THEMES TO YOUR LIKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Whatever your preference is, your browser will save it for you so that it will load the theme you last chose the next time you visit. To change the themes, go the the bottom left corner, hit the leftmost button and click ‘Change Themes.’ It’s that simple!
Meet the girls…
Void – Eureka (Eureka 7)
Fire – Nagisa (Clannad)
Water – Akari (Aria)
Earth – Rin (Little Busters)
In that regard, a new theme implies new banners. And since we are at the beginning of a new Anime Season, I felt the need to make new ones. So far, I’ve only made one….
Vakyria Chronicles – Fog of War
There will be others of course. For now, enjoy!
