Aha! I was right! I’ve always known Setsuna’s transformation was due (go see this post here), but I never expected he would’ve transformed this episode. Oh, dear me – it seems as if I lost track of time. Gundam 00 is going to end in four more episodes. If anything, I guess his ‘innovation’ couldn’t come at a better time. In that same regard, four episodes do not seem to be a lot of time, considering that there’s so much to cover. In fact, I have so much more questions in my head that needed to be answered. I don’t know about you, but I feel kind of rushed at the rate Gundam 00 is going.
As for this episode goes, the highest point of interest for me was the chain of rather ironic unfortunate (though quite bizarrely entertaining) deaths. In one fell swoop Hong Long, Wang Liu Mei, and even Nena Trinity got the boot kick out of the cast and are gone for good from the series. The irony of course, was concentrated on Nena, whose actions in the past caused the untimely deaths of Louise’s family, are reciprocated by none other than Louise, herself. Other than that, the rest is just excessive drama. I honestly hated to see the state in which Louise was in at the end. I don’t know..it’s just so unlike her.
That’s pretty much it. Of course there are some interesting bits of information that might play a key role to the plot as a whole. For one thing, Regene has something up his sleeve, for he himself said that he does not go by Aeolia’s nor by Ribbons’ plan. Second, Setsuna himself claimed that Aeolia’s plan was for humans to evolve into Innovators.
With regard to Setsuna’s claim, I find it odd that only he has been ‘innovated.’ If the GN particles were indeed a key component to Innovation, then why arent the others affected? Of course, this doesn’t apply to Tieria, since he’s already one. This can only mean that another component has to be added. My guess is that you need the pseudo-GN particles.

I don’t agree. Her mental state hasn’t been very stable since the start of season 2, consumed not only by revenge but also the confusion of see saji on the side of CB. Not to mention having her superiors taken down by CB one by one. It only follows logically after killing the one person responsible for the deaths of her parents that she would find that revenge indeed is hollow, and that she would break down emotionally is one of the expected outcomes.
Well, that’s my humble opinion at least ^_^

Hmm. Good point. But what I was referring to when I said ’state’ is her killjoy state. I can stand up with her emotional instability up to that point. Other than that, no. T_T
